Pool Promise Gone Awry

The cozy breakfast area was inviting, and the food options were satisfying, making each morning pleasant despite the setbacks.

The pool was unexpectedly out of service, leaving my family disappointed, especially the kids who had looked forward to splashing around.

Comfortable, off main roadway.

Need better signage to Inn once off the highway.

The room was extremely pleasant and very comfortable. Also the location was right by the interstate and food locations and still very quite.

Be sure to ask for recommendations on local dining. The staff can direct you to great, lesser-known spots nearby.

Secure and nice.

After a special request for a quite room we were given a room at the end of the corridor where the interstate makes a sharp turn. The opposite side of the corridor does not face to interstate in which all the rooms were quite. However we were given the one not only facing to the road but at the end of the corridor means the room closest to the road. Whole night each track stopped at the curve to reduce the speed with a special noise. First thing in the morning I asked the receptionist lady if the hotel was full last night and she said no. I guess that was a special service to the Booked.net customer. They did not give me the receipt but said Booked.net will do it. Although my next night was again booked through Booked.net but I got the receipt. My conclusion about this hotel was not friendly to the Booked.net users.

the indoor pool and the great selection for the breakfast. located in great spot, it was quite, so very comfortable..and most of call it is CLEAN!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our two-night stay included a cozy room, generally clean but had some maintenance issues. The staff were helpful, and we enjoyed a hearty breakfast. Note to future guests, check with the front desk about pool availability before planning your stay.

exceptionally nice location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. the room we had included satellite tv, climate control and a mini-refrigerator.

The room was large, had fairly clean private bathroom. The staff were absolutely courteous and attentive, provided us with great services. We booked this excellent hotel because of its favourable and perfect location next to enough restaurants and around, New Albany, MS, and a good Hampton...

Nothing to fault.

Great Stay with a Cozy Touch!

Entering my room felt special with 'Hello Veronica' greeting me on the TV! The comfortable king bed, clean environment, and delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. I appreciated the nearby dining options too.

great walks and parks just minutes away from your stay

I loved that I was just a quick walk away from beautiful parks along the river and the Mississippi Arboretum were good. Plus, with several dining options, including a Cracker Barrel and McAlister's Deli, all within a short distance, it was the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for my weekend getaway.

I had a very clean stay with a delightful breakfast choice that helped kickstart my day, but I was disappointed by the leakiness of the bathroom sink. I’d stay again though!

Couple's Getaway with Nice Touches

We really enjoyed the indoor pool, had it all to ourselves which was great for unwinding after a long day! The staff were really nice when they packed breakfast items for us early in the morning, no one needed to do that but they did.

It wasn't exactly cheap either but still acceptable.

Can't recommend highly enough for a short staycation

Comfortable bed, clean room, with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was good and allowed for a leisurely start to the day, and the location is convenient for exploring nearby restaurants.

Couldn't ask for better.
